Cheddar Horseradish Spread

A creamy spread for dipping or sandwiches with a sharp horseradish flavor!
Ingredients
  • 16 oz Cabot Horseradish Cheddar Cheese (2 8-oz packages)
  • 8 oz Cabot cream cheese, softened
  • ⅔ cup dry white wine
  • 2 tsp prepared horseradish
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cut the cheddar into cubes.
  2. Place cheddar, cream cheese, white wine and horseradish into the bowl of a food processor.
  3. Process until very smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in the nutmeg, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  5. Best if prepared a day in advance to allow the flavors to develop.
  6. Refrigerate until needed. Allow to come to room temperature prior to serving.
